Undoubtedly, given the emotions involved, choosing care for a loved one is a really difficult thing to do.
And so when it came to finding a new voice for the care home business Anavo Group, we needed to tread carefully between something distinct, something accessible and something light.
It was my job to find a place for the brand voice to sit.
And to bring the brand voice to life in a series of messaging sets that would give Anavo something more distinct and accessible in the sector.
